Herbalife 5k Fun Run 2015




Today is my first time of my life to participate in marathon. It was held at Taman Titiwangsa Kuala Lumpur. Events started at 7.30. At 5am I woke up with excitement. I took Herbalife Tea Mix as a pre-hydration drinks before we exercise. Will I manage to complete the run? Yes I did. I took 45 minutes of run accompany by a group of friends.Once the vessel sounded, the runners were like running cats and dogs. So my group of friends were no way to be found.  Luckily, left Ivan who run along with me. At least, it is not so boring. We still can talk a little.  First 500 runners received medals. Hubby manage to get a medal, not too bad tough.

Will I join another run in the future? Sure, it is a good workout.

My First Introductions

Hi friends, Let me briefly introduce why I started this blog. It was recently that I feel life is so precious and we really need to love ourselves. Life in KL is really no joke. Stress is the first killer. Health is so much important to me now. As I am busy working for my own business and busy taking care of my two lovely kids, I tend to neglect my daily food intake, lifestyle and stress level. In the past few months, I feel myself overworked and less energy. I have been consulting with doctor about my health problem. The cause could be from stress, food intake and most important the lifestyle that I am living. From now on, I have been getting serious of my life now. As you know, life is short. So, do something before it is too late.
